Kate Trompetter

Kate Trompetter is an Organizational and Systems Coach. In her practice, she helps people and organizations increase their impact through meaningful, facilitated experiences and coaching. Kate is a native of Stanislaus County. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts Degree in Sociology at the University of California, Davis and a Masters of Public Administration at California State University, Stanislaus. She is also certified as a Community Coach through Leadership That Works. She worked in the nonprofit sector for over a decade and, in 2018, in an act of foolishness or bravery (depending on how you look at it), she started her own facilitation and coaching practice in an effort to increase her impact and experience as much joy as possible.
