Reggie Rucker is a proud Modestan who has spent the past decade-plus finding ways to lift up the community which has brought him so much inspiration and opportunity since moving to the Central Valley as a 5th grader in 1992. After spending the better part of the last 7 years as Modesto’s go-to social media guy with a roster of clients ranging from the Fat Cat Music House & Lounge and X Fest Modesto to the Gallo Center for the Arts, Modesto Symphony Orchestra, and Modesto On Ice, Reggie is now settling into to a new role as the community’s matchmaker under the umbrella of The Engaged Project. The Engaged Project focuses on market development and employee retention programs that are rooted in community engagement, knowing that most of what people want out of our community is within reach and they just need to be connected to it.
