David Ehrlichman is the Systems Director for the New Leadership Network where he leads network technology, evaluation, and marketing. He is the president of NextWorks, an independent network & strategy consultancy committed to next practices for social good. Ehrlichman specializes in collective impact strategy, network and systems mapping and real-time evaluation.
Until recently, Ehrlichman worked out of The Monitor Group’s San Francisco office with for-profit and non-profit organizations technology, consumer packaged goods, and social sectors. His work at Monitor addressed topics including network theory and collective impact, growth strategies in new markets, the future of emergent technologies, and branding. He also ran Monitor Institute’s social media presence, and frequently wrote for its blog, Working Wikily. Prior to joining Monitor, Ehrlichman worked at the Boeing Company and in technology startups in Palo Alto and Seattle. He also has an extensive history of volunteering in schools and community organizations, and has taken time off to work exclusively with low-income students in his community. Ehrlichman holds a B.S. in Management Science & Engineering from Stanford University and is based out of the San Francisco Bay Area and New York City.
