Erin Black
Erin Black is an Executive Assistant at Therapeutic Pathways, a Modesto-based behavioral health organization that provides behavior therapy to children and adolescents diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder at multiple centers across Northern California. Her work at Therapeutic Pathways has continued to nurture a desire to make changes in our community to ensure that everyone gets an opportunity to succeed.
Erin has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from University of Phoenix and is researching graduate programs. Within her role at Therapeutic Pathways, she recognized that one of her strengths is to identify the multiple moving parts within a system and to hone in on highly-specific improvement. She is currently enrolled in a Lean Six Sigma certification prep course and will become a certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt later this year.
Erin is very much looking forward to the opportunity to learn, to grow, and to develop the skills needed to drive true and lasting social change in Stanislaus County of which we can all be proud.
