We educate over 10,000 adults each year, making connections for those who need to learn English, overcome the odds, earn their high school diploma or GED, gain job skills, and improve their knowledge through a self-improvement class. I hope to improve my ability to lead my team and help our region in their efforts to educate, support, train, and provide access to services for the many underserved individuals living in our community. Being an educator is very rewarding but those rewards only come when our student’s needs are met and they are successful. Our belief is that an educated parent equates to an educated child, and I want to be an agent of change.”
