Amanda Hughes
Program Director, Stanislaus Community Foundation
Amanda Hughes is the Program Director for Stanislaus Community Foundation. In this role, she maintains knowledge and nurtures relationships with Stanislaus County charitable organizations, community groups, and public agencies. Hughes educates and connects local donors to the nonprofit sector, convenes local stakeholders around regional issues and initiatives, and manages all grant-making and scholarship processes in coordination with the Foundation’s Grants/Program committee. A Modesto native, Hughes was part of the inaugural graduating class of International Baccalaureate at Modesto High School. She obtained her bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and French from Lewis and Clark College and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from CSU Stanislaus. Hughes was named by The Modesto Bee as one of ’20 Under 40’ emerging leaders in 2016.
