Elliot Begoun is the Principal of The Intertwine Group. His articles appear in publications such as the Huffington Post, SmartBrief, and Linked2Leadership. He serves as a thinking partner, providing clients with the clarity, focus, and tools needed to make good people and product decisions. He helps clients build lasting relationships with their customers, develop leaders who make others feel heard, card for, valued and respected, and most importantly, grow. He spent 25 years working in the food and CPG industry in senior leadership positions. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, where he studied interpersonal, non-verbal, group, and persuasive communication. He went on to earn his MBA.
Elliot and Juliet have been married for 26 years and have three kids: Sarah (23), Rachael (21), and Matthew (17). Elliot’s core belief is that people grow organizations and successful organizations are those focused on helping people grow.
